CONTENT: Submit all articles via email or electronically in the following formats. Microsoft Word, Plain Text, Rich Text, AppleWorks, Pages or Microsoft Works.

PHOTO SUBMISSION: All photos should be submitted at a resolution of 300 dpi Full color. Acceptable formats are jpg, tif, pdf or eps.

AD SUBMISSION: Ads are accepted in the following formats: High resolution pdf files, jpg tif and eps at 5"x7" 300 dpi. ads in Microsoft word cannot be accepted.
